Who this course is for

Beginners and developing traders who want a structured way to read crypto charts. You need internet access and a charting workspace; a funded exchange account is not required.

The course uses Binance spot BTCUSDT historical examples. The process can be applied to other liquid cryptocurrencies after checking their own volatility, liquidity and venue data.

What you will practise

  • Read candle bodies, wicks, doji, hammer, shooting star, engulfing and inside bars in context.
  • Distinguish trends, ranges and uncertain transitions.
  • Draw support and resistance zones, trendlines and channels using visible evidence.
  • Compare chart patterns, breakouts, retests and failures without hindsight.
  • Understand SMA/EMA, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, ATR and VWAP: settings, calculations, interpretation and limitations.
  • Connect weekly, daily, 4H and 1H analysis.
  • Calculate hypothetical position size and costs; understand order types, funding and liquidation mechanics.
  • Practise three setup playbooks, replay testing, expectancy, drawdowns and journalling.

The full syllabus

Twelve modules. One consistent process.

01 · TradingView and chart foundations

TradingView, BTCUSDT feeds, candle anatomy, chart scales and timeframes.

02 · Candlestick behaviour and patterns

Measure bodies and wicks; interpret six candle formations in context and test their confirmation and failure rules.

03 · Market structure

Identify trends, swings, transitions, close-based structure breaks and a repeatable trend-pullback recipe.

04 · Support, resistance and trendlines

Build defensible zones and higher-timeframe levels, then draw trendlines and channels from confirmed anchors.

05 · Chart patterns and trading ranges

Analyse ranges, double tops/bottoms, triangles and flags; separate candidates, confirmation and failure.

06 · Breakouts and retests

Compare close-based breakouts, retests, rejection and invalidation using a fixed paper playbook.

07 · Indicators explained

Explain SMA/EMA, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, ATR and VWAP: calculation, settings, interpretation, limitations and incremental evidence.

08 · Volume and confluence

Interpret venue volume, distinguish momentum divergence and combine evidence without counting the same information twice.

09 · Multiple-timeframe analysis

Connect weekly context, daily scenarios and 4H/1H detail; follow two complete blank-chart walkthroughs.

10 · Risk and execution mechanics

Calculate cost-aware paper risk and explain order types, spot versus perpetuals, funding and liquidation.

11 · Trading plans, testing and psychology

Write repeatable setup rules; practise replay testing, expectancy, drawdowns, journalling and waiting.

12 · Final practical assessment

Independently annotate the fixed-cutoff chart and submit a conditional paper plan using the six-criterion rubric.

How do I access my course?

Student access uses Sign in with ChatGPT. Use the same account for your purchase and later logins; signing in alone does not unlock the course.

Is the Trading Desk included?

No. The course is a one-off education product. Trading Desk is a separate optional membership for ongoing research and analysis.

How long should I allow?

Allow at least 1–2 hours per module with written exercises, and additional time for replay practice. You can revisit lessons at your own pace.

What do the indicators lessons cover?

SMA/EMA, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, ATR and VWAP each cover measurement, settings, interpretation, misleading conditions and a fair comparison with a price-only plan.

Will this make me profitable?

No course can guarantee that. The aim is to practise chart interpretation and reasoned risk planning using historical examples.

Is the assessment accredited?

No. Quizzes explain each answer. The final chart-and-plan exercise has a six-criterion rubric and private written academy feedback once reviewed. Completion is not an accredited qualification or evidence of future profitability.

When can I buy?

Enrolment opens when the course price, access period and payment providers are confirmed. Checkout currently takes no payment.

Optional next step: Trading Desk

Keep your course and ongoing research separate. Trading Desk offers market research and analysis through its own membership; buying the course does not subscribe you.
